- Cash on delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made. In this instance our terms of payment are strictly 30 days.

- All goods remain the property of Mark Shaw Waterplants until paid in full.
Substitutes
Unless requested to do so, with the nearest variety of similar or greater value should any item be unavailable at the time of dispatch.
Prices
Prices will be maintained as listed, for as long as possible, but may be subject to amendment without prior notice. It is not our policy to issue updated price lists during the course of the year, and you will therefore be advised to check for any price increases when placing your order.
Claims
All goods must be checked on delivery. If any discrepancy is found please contact us within 24 hours of delivery on 01754 880200, during normal office hours.
